Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across different platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, creating engaging content, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple clients
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns when needed
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics
- Good writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a digital agency
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Understanding of influencer marketing
