Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can manage our social media presence and also support digital marketing campaigns.

If you understand content, audience behavior, and have some exposure to paid ads, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage social media content
• Create monthly content plans with the team
• Coordinate with designers and clinicians for content ideas
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Support campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Test new ideas and improve what’s already working
• Stay updated with trends and platform guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of social media + paid marketing
• Good sense of content that works for Pakistani audience
• Organized and proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and grow
