The Whitley Apartments is an upscale multi-family housing community located in St. Paul, MN.

Position Summary

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced, goal-oriented, outgoing, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for sales, customer service, and follow-through to join our professional and friendly work environment as a Community Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Monitor and manage resident information, lease agreements, and rent collection.
  • Ensure compliance with property management regulations and other applicable housing programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee facilities management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Hire, train, and supervise all on-site leasing, office, and field staff.
  • Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards, as well as employment and safety regulations.
  • Utilize Yardi and other property management software for financial reporting and data entry.
  • Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Understand and comply with recommended State and Federal guidelines.
  • Accomplish established property financial objectives.
  • Improve and maintain property curb appeal and overall appearance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven supervisory, sales, and leasing skills.
  • 5+ years of work experience in multi-family property management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Yardi or a similar property management system.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and address their needs.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by property needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-end luxury sales or market-rate leasing.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $68,000 per year
  • Bonus Potential: Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program
  • Commissions: Lease renewal commission structure
  • Perks: Phone allowance
