- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy aligned with CEGA objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain an inclusive, active, and professional community culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all community members and stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and manage community events (workshops, meetups, competitions, networking).
- Ensure effective communication of events, updates, and opportunities to partners and members.
- Monitor and achieve key community metrics such as participation, growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Manage coworking space community including onboarding, engagement, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate event logistics, volunteers, facilitators, and on-ground operations.
- Develop and manage partnerships, outreach initiatives, and sponsorships.
- Oversee digital community platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Discord) and coordinate with marketing for promotions.
- Support training and incubation programs through outreach, engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement and community well-being initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelors in Marketing/PR or any other relevant field
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of Community Experience
Pay: Rs200,000.00 per month
