Community Manager - Waycross, GA

Currently looking for a full time property manager in the Waycross, GA area. This position is responsible for managing an affordable housing property. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. This position is available to start immediately.

We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!

Duties include:

• Rent Collection
• Occupancy/Leasing
• Marketing
• Recertifications
• Accurate One Site data
• Beautification
• Handling emergencies
• Cleaning
• Tenant services
• Tenant retention

Qualifications

• Previous work experience with property management not required.
• Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups.
• Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
