Role Overview

The Community / Marketing Lead is responsible for building, engaging, and growing the company’s community across social platforms. The role owns social media operations, community engagement, creative planning, and influencer-led campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and strong execution across all marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role plays a key part in translating growth objectives into high-impact content, campaigns, and community interactions across KSA and Egypt.


Scope

  • Own social media operations, community engagement, creative calendars, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal creative teams and external agencies for community and content-led initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

As a Community / Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the monthly social media calendar, content planning, and publishing across all relevant platforms.
  • Leading influencer collaborations end-to-end, including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance follow-up.
  • Coordinating creative briefs with designers and copywriters to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
  • Managing marketing agencies for specific campaigns or projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Monitoring community insights, sentiment, and engagement to inform content optimization and campaign improvements.
  • Ensuring all content and campaigns are aligned with brand tone, messaging, and local cultural context.
  • Supporting campaign execution in coordination with the Head of Growth and wider marketing team.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in community management, social media operations, and content execution.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi culture, trends, and digital behaviors.
  • Experience working with influencers and external agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
