The Community & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing coworking operations, promoting the space, maintaining facilities, ensuring weekly classes run smoothly, and upholding Sherzan’s service standards. This role requires someone who is reliable, proactive, and excellent at multitasking and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coworking Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily operations of the coworking space.
  • Oversee office occupancy, registrations, and member onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, renewals, and inquiries.
  • Ensure all payments are collected on time and documented properly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of the space.
  • Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, technicians, and service providers.
  • Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently.

2. Marketing & Client Acquisition

  • Advertise coworking offices and increase registrations.
  • Manage social media postings or coordinate with marketing team (if applicable).
  • Handle incoming leads, respond to messages, and give physical/virtual tours.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members and potential clients.

3. Creative Classes Coordination

  • Ensure weekly classes (Music, Vocals, Guitar, and Painting) run on schedule.
  • Coordinate with instructors regarding timings, attendance, and class needs.
  • Register new students and manage fee collection for classes.
  • Ensure classrooms and equipment are prepared before each session.

4. Reporting & SOP Compliance

  • Prepare weekly reports for the Founder on registrations, payments, maintenance issues, and class updates.
  • Monitor and refine SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Highlight any issues or improvements needed proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in operations, admin, community management, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and people-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, basic social media).
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities smoothly.
