Community Relation Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising the community field follow-up activities in the field.

• Studying and identifying special and vulnerable cases that require intensive community follow-up.

• Monitoring how communities and individuals adapt to the new environment and identifying areas for improvement.

• Studying and analyzing the needs of affected communities.• Conducting surveys to determine the economic and social needs of the affected individuals.

• Following up on populations after their relocation from project areas.

• Conducting follow-up field visits to cases after their relocation to monitor them socially.

• Subsequent community follow-up for beneficiaries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or equivalent.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field.

• Strong skills in social development.
