Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness, build community trust, and educate the public on mental health and healthcare resources.

Collaborate with regional operational leadership and marketing colleagues to develop and execute regional strategies.

Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

Foster relationships with regional leaders, team members, and community partners.

Represent the organization at events, including speaking engagements, professional conferences, or trade shows.

Oversee marketing relationships with external parties and contracts with strategic business partners.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Ability to participate in some regional travel (approximately 25%) required.

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
