Compensation: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

About the role

Keep the community running smoothly—HR support, payroll/benefits, AP/AR, systems, and daily office operations.

Be the go‑to for team members while partnering with leaders to solve problems quickly and kindly.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily business office operations and uphold policies
• Support HR, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
• Manage AP/AR, resident billing, deposits, and reconciliations
• Administer community software systems and maintain records
• Help with recruitment logistics, training, and safety

Skills & attributes

• Detail‑driven organization with strong follow‑through
• Confident communication; discretion with sensitive info
• MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new tools
• Basic financial literacy across AP/AR, payroll, benefits
• Calm, flexible, and solutions‑oriented

Relatable experience

• Business office roles with growing scope/responsibility
• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality operations
• Hands‑on work with payroll, benefits, AP/AR, or HRIS

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ years in business management/admin or relevant degree
• Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
