As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community vibrant by connecting with new prospects, giving engaging tours, and supporting seamless move-ins and move-outs. You’ll partner with our Sales Consultant to build relationships, coordinate events, and create positive experiences that reflect the warmth of our community.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales Team to help maintain 95%+ occupancy.

• Plan and host events that showcase our community and attract new prospects.

• Build strong relationships with families and community partners.

• Conduct engaging tours and uncover needs to connect prospects with our services.

• Assist with follow-ups, lead engagement, inquiries, deposits, and move-in coordination.

• Ensure the community makes an excellent first impression at all times.

Is This You?

• Experience in Sales or Marketing, ideally in senior care or healthcare.

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping seniors.

• Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
