BT Home's expertise includes acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and new home sales for Build-For-Sale and Build-For-Rent clients. Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400-500 new homes a year.
Overview
Bridge Tower Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to grow with us as we are launching our for-sale brand, Westfield Homes! We have been building exceptional homes throughout Texas since 2015 and will now deliver these homes directly to consumers. You’ll start by driving sales performance at our first for-sale community, then grow and mentor a sales team as additional communities launch. This is an opportunity to shape Bridge Tower’s for-sale division from the ground up — designing systems, refining processes, and setting the tone for long-term success.

Lead and manage the sales process for new home communities from launch through closeout.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Utilize CRM (Hubspot) to ensure accurate tracking of traffic, leads, and sales metrics.

Partner with Construction and Closing teams to ensure smooth buyer experiences from contract to close, and beyond.

Advise Division President on pricing updates, incentive structures, and sales collateral to remain competitive in the market.

Coach, train, and motivate Sales Consultants, building a high-performance sales culture as new communities come online.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and field visits with agents to review lead management, customer experience, and contract conversion.

Maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, lenders, and community partners.

Provide executive reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and buyer trends.

Take ownership of developing and implementing a sales structure consistent with the Westfield Homes brand.
Qualifications

5+ years of successful new home sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams to meet or exceed goals.

Strong understanding of the new home sales process, mortgage options, and closing procedures.

Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Hubspot or similar); ability to implement structured systems as the division grows.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Must be able to work weekends and adapt schedule based on buyer traffic and community needs.
Preferred Experience

Background in both sales and sales operations or process design.

Experience launching or scaling sales teams for a builder or real estate developer.

Familiarity with Dallas-Fort Worth housing markets and emerging suburban submarkets.

Experience with Brix Sales module is a plus
