Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Specialist to manage and grow our online community. This remote role involves engaging with audiences, building relationships, and maintaining the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, social media savvy, and a passion for creating positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor company social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute content strategies in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Build relationships with online communities and brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create high-quality visual and written content.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Handle online crises or negative feedback professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a company or brand.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of analytics and ability to generate actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community management or customer engagement.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid social media campaigns.
