Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compensation Senior Specialist to join our HR team. The Compensation Sr. Specialist will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global compensation programs. This role combines expertise in compensation practices with strong analytical skills to deliver insights that guide decision-making and ensure alignment with our Total Rewards philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with annual compensation cycles.

Support the design and improvement of global compensation programs aligned with company philosophy.

Assist with market benchmarking, and survey participation.

Maintain job architecture, including job structures and levelling across global functions.

Perform data analysis and build compensation models, dashboards, and reports to guide decisions.

Collaborate with HR and other teams on compensation insights, budgeting, and process improvements.

Contribute to employee communications and support implementation of compensation systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
Strong analytical and data modelling skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with compensation surveys, benchmarking, and job architecture frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS or compensation systems is a plus.

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards, preferably in a global environment.

Hands-on experience with compensation processes such as Workday annual cycles, market analysis, and job levelling.

Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights.

Exposure to process improvement and automation within HR or compensation operations.

Previous experience in working closely with business leaders and managers, and the HR community to support through the compensation review.

Previously experience working closely with a Head of Reward to deliver this impactful annual process.

Skills:
Excellent analytical skills, and particular expertise with Microsoft Excel.

Inquisitive approach to problem solving and query resolution.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
