Job Title: Business Setup Executive/Company Formation Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Business Setup Executive to manage end-to-end client requirements related to company formation, compliance, visa services, tax registration, and bank account setup across Dubai Mainland and Free Zones. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all operational services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company formation, license renewals, and amendments in Mainland and Free Zones.
• Handle all compliance documentation and coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DED, DMCC, RTA).
• Oversee visa processing for employees, dependents, and investors.
• Support clients with Corporate Tax registration, VAT filing, and bank account opening.
• Maintain effective communication and provide excellent client service throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE company formation or business setup.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland & Free Zone regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and document handling.
