Operations Executive – Company Formation

About Us

We are a fast-growing business consultancy in the UAE, specializing in company formation and corporate services. Our mission is to simplify the business setup process for entrepreneurs and investors by providing end-to-end solutions – from trade license issuance and visa processing to banking and compliance. We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team and ensure smooth execution of business setup operations.

Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will handle the back-end process of company formation, documentation, and client support. Your key tasks will include:

  • Managing end-to-end company formation procedures across Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing documents for trade license applications, amendments, and renewals.
  • Coordinating with free zone authorities, government departments, and banks for approvals and clearances.
  • Assisting clients with visa applications, Emirates ID, medical, and other immigration-related procedures.
  • Ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all applications and updating clients on the progress.
  • Providing operational support to the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and service updates.
  • Troubleshooting client issues and ensuring quick resolution with excellent service quality.
  • Staying updated with UAE regulations, compliance requirements, and government policies.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and knowledgeable in UAE company formation processes:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in company formation/business setup operations in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zone and Mainland business setup procedures.
  • Familiarity with UAE government portals (DED, Free Zone portals, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
