Profile Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Art Source. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a passion for design and art, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present and promote Art Source’s portfolio of products and services to clients, including designers, architects, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with design and operations teams to provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within art, design, interiors, or creative solutions industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving results.
  • Passion for art, design, and interiors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
