We are seeking a Company Host & Operations Executive who will support front-facing operations, workplace coordination, and leadership assistance while learning how a professional organization functions from the inside.
This role is highly suitable for freshers or early-career candidates from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Guest Relations, or Management backgrounds who enjoy interacting with people, coordinating activities, and building strong professional communication skills.
Company Host & Guest Experience
Welcome guests, candidates, and visitors professionally.
Assist in meeting room setup and basic arrangements.
Ensure the office remains presentable and welcoming.
People Communication & Coordination
Call candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Coordinate interview logistics with internal teams.
Handle calls and basic queries in English and Hindi.
Office & Workplace Operations
Support daily office coordination and routines.
Assist with calendars, meetings, and reminders.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
HR Support & Employee Experience
Assist onboarding activities and basic employee coordination.
Maintain attendance and leave trackers.
Support internal celebrations and team activities.
Assist in basic employee training and learning coordination.
Founder & Leadership Support
Support leadership with daily coordination, reminders, and follow-ups.
Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and guest visits.
