Rover IT Services is looking for a UK Company House Specialist to join our Lahore office. This is a fully office-based position. The candidate must have strong experience with UK Company House procedures, including company incorporation, annual filings, and compliance management. The role requires precision, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines while ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company incorporation and registration with UK Company House.
• Prepare and file annual returns, confirmation statements, and statutory accounts.
• Maintain accurate company records and statutory documents.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and UK corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with UK authorities, accountants, and internal teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with UK Company House procedures.
• Knowledge of UK corporate compliance and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Law is preferred.
