You will be the crucial link between our company and the healthcare providers (doctors) we serve, ensuring their transition to our services is seamless, supportive, and sets the stage for a long-term, successful partnership. Job Summary:

We are seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our growing organization. You are a person with a knack for technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new healthcare provider clients, guiding them with warmth and professionalism through every step of the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans for each client onboarding, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • EHR/EMR Proficiency: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Electronic Health/Medical Records systems (especially eClinicalWorks (eCW), Athenahealth, Tebra, and similar platforms) to facilitate smooth data integration and setup and also extract the reports.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with our internal operations, and IT teams to ensure all backend systems are aligned for client success.
  • Training & Support: Conduct initial training sessions for clients on our processes and how we interface with their existing systems, providing ongoing support during their first critical months.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the client, gathering feedback during onboarding to help our team continuously improve our services and solutions.

Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role, such as onboarding, account management, implementation, or customer success, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

· Required: Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with major EHR/EMR systems. Expertise in eClinicalWorks (eCW), Athenahealth, and/or Tebra is a significant advantage.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build rapport quickly.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with a natural ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a deep sense of empathy for the challenges faced by healthcare providers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: According to the skill set.
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Job Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT
