Assistant Manager - Inventory and Logistics

Job Description :

• Support strategic planning processes and business reviews
• Knowledge of multiple crops – veg / paddy / mustard / etc.
• Preventive maintenance / Autonomous maintenance
• Inventory management incl CFAs
• Preventive maintenance / Autonomous maintenance
• Planning &execution of daily dispatches of Packed Seeds.
• Act as an execution support partner to senior leadership for day-to-day priorities

Skills Set :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Measures for cost reduction
• Good understanding of agri input business dynamics
• Ability to coordinate across functions and drive timely follow-ups
