Job description:

We are seeking a experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the company's statutory records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in legal research
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements under supervision.
  • Support senior legal staff in litigation in documentation.
  • Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing legal files, managing legal databases, and maintaining records.
  • Participate in client and team meetings, offering input when applicable.
  • Fill up data entries in Companies Software

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • must be semi qualified company secretary
  • Experience : min 1 year
  • Research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
