Hiring: Company Secretary (CS)

We are seeking a CS with 3–4 years’ experience in:

Listed company filing

Conducting Board/Committee Meetings & AGM

Stock exchange compliance & disclosures

Requirement: Qualified CS with strong knowledge of SEBI, MCA & corporate governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
