Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
2. Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and minute books.
3. Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
4. Support in ROC filings including MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, PAS-3, etc. using the MCA portal.
5. Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns and other compliance documents.
6. Provide support in Secretarial Audits and maintain compliance checklists.
7. Liaise with regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies (RoC) and Stock Exchanges (if applicable).
8. Support senior CS in drafting policies, resolutions, and internal governance documents.
9. Maintain compliance calendar and follow up on due dates and deadlines.
10. Assist in coordination with internal teams, external consultants, and auditors.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate laws
2. Good drafting and communication skills
3. Familiarity with MCA V3 portal and e-filing procedures
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Willingness to learn and work under guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
1. CS qualification (Membership or awaiting membership)
2. Completed 15 months training or Management Trainee program (if applicable)
3. Internship under Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
