1. Secretarial compliances of Private Limited Companies and LLP’S.
2. Preparation and filing of various e-forms / returns with MCA and other authorities.
3. Liasioning with multiple regulators e.g. MCA and Registered Offices.
4. Drafting of various agreements and Deeds like LLP agreements, Partnership deeds etc.
5. Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and General meetings (AGMs / EGMs)
6. Preparation of Director’s report of all the group companies of the company and other related documents.
7. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries, etc. under companies Act 2013.
8. Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership of the company.
9. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action. Instrumental in solving compliance related issues and building process around it.
10. Drafting of minutes, resolutions, and filing of required forms and annual returns with MCA, ROC.
11. Statuary Compliances relating to FEMA.
12. Knowledge of FEMA / RBI will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
