Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws.
  • Manage all statutory records, registers, and filings with ROC, MCA, and other authorities.
  • Draft, review, and file Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings (Board & General Meetings).
  • Organize and manage Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of shareholding, securities, and related compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure corporate governance standards and best practices are implemented.
  • Provide advisory support to the Board on corporate law and compliance issues.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to the business.
  • Handle mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and due diligence processes from a compliance perspective.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law/Commerce/Business Administration (preferred).
  • years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial and compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI guidelines, and governance practices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of company law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
