Job Title: Company Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) with 3–4 years of experience to manage the organization’s corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements to ensure the business operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI guidelines, FEMA, and other applicable laws.

· Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and documents.

· Organize, prepare agendas, and draft minutes for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).

· Handle filing of forms, returns, and other documents with MCA, ROC, RBI, and other statutory authorities.

· Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.

· Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

· Liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders for compliance and reporting.

· Manage shareholding patterns, issuance of shares, and other corporate secretarial work.

· Ensure proper communication and documentation of board decisions and resolutions.

· Keep the company updated with changes in regulatory and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
