Position Summary

Solique’s compliance services vertical is in expansion mode. We offer consulting services in regulations such as SEBI & RBI Regulations, Corporate Law, and Exchange Control Regulations. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex compliance issues from strategy to execution. You are expected to have a keen interest in researching thoroughly first to present the best solutions to the team.

For this role, we’re looking for a qualified CS with 5-8 years of experience

Personal attributes and experience:

• Should have completed the mandatory CS Training of 15 / 21 / 24 months (as applicable)

• Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, MCA / RoC filings. Knowledge of SEBI and RBI Regulations and Compliances will be an added advantage.

• MS - Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PPT)

• Good drafting skills.

• Should have zeal to learn and passion to excel in the responsibilities assigned.

• Have a clear understanding of the client’s requirements

• Research oriented

• Out-of-the-box solutions leading to resolving problems and achieving specific goals

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude, Strong interpersonal skills, and a team player

Qualifications Required:

Qualified CS with at least 5 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of Company law compliance is a must.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
