About the Company

Oxom Consultancy Hub is a professional business consultancy firm based in Guwahati, Assam, under Oxom Innovations Private Limited.
We provide a wide range of consulting services — including business registration, compliance, project documentation, funding assistance, and NGO advisory — to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and organizations across Northeast India.

We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) to work with us on a contract / assignment basis, providing expert compliance and legal advisory support.

Responsibilities

• Handling ROC compliances, annual filings, and statutory documentation under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Drafting and filing board resolutions, minutes, and annual reports.
• Assisting in company incorporation, DPIIT registration, and Startup India applications.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, shareholding structure, and statutory compliance.
• Liaising with MCA, Registrar of Companies, and other regulatory authorities when required.
• Reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with LLP, Private Limited, and Section 8 company requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with valid ICSI membership.
• Based in Assam (preferably Guwahati).
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in company law and corporate filings.
• Strong understanding of MCA portal, Filing Forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.), and corporate secretarial standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Open to working on competitive B2B rates and on a per-assignment (contract) basis.

Payment & Contract Terms

• Engagement will be on a work-to-work (assignment) basis.
• Payments will be mutually decided before the start of each project.
• Ongoing collaboration opportunities for regular filings and compliance work.
