- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and all legal/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records.
- Prepare and file annual returns, board resolutions, and other ROC filings.
- Coordinate and conduct Board Meetings, AGM, EGM, and Committee Meetings.
- Advise the Board on governance best practices and corporate policies.
2. Construction-Specific Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permits, and registrations related to construction projects.
- Manage compliance with RERA regulations and documentation for real-estate or construction projects.
- Liaise with government authorities (municipal, environmental, labor, safety).
- Support contract documentation, project approvals, land acquisition paperwork, etc.
3. Legal & Contractual Support
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, subcontractor agreements, JV agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with legal advisors regarding disputes, arbitration, or litigation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
4. Corporate Finance & Secretarial Support
- Support fund-raising activities, bank documentation, and project financing compliance.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, project documentation, and board presentations.
- Monitor share capital, investor relations, and corporate restructuring activities (if applicable).
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate between management, directors, stakeholders, auditors, and legal teams.
- Ensure timely communication of statutory changes and compliance requirements.
- Handle inspection, audits, and queries from authorities.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Company Law, RERA, construction compliance, and industry-specific regulations.
- Expertise in ROC filings, board processes, and corporate governance.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle compliance for multiple projects.
Qualifications
- CS (Company Secretary) – mandatory.
- LLB or experience in legal compliance (preferred).
- Experience in a construction / infrastructure / real-estate company is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
