Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Company Secretary.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law / commerce / finance preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate, leasing, or co-working sectors.
In-depth understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, RERA, and commercial contract management.
Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Competencies:
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple entities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proactive approach to legal and compliance risk management.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
