Core responsibilities

  • Corporate governance and compliance: Ensuring the company follows all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including company law and stock exchange rules.
  • Meeting management: Organizing and managing board meetings and annual general meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating decisions.
  • Record-keeping: Maintaining statutory registers, official records, and legal documents.
  • Advisory role: Providing advice to the board and senior management on matters of corporate governance, law, finance, and strategy.
  • Stakeholder communication: Acting as a bridge between the company and its stakeholders, including shareholders and regulators, by managing communication and correspondence.
  • Regulatory liaison: Communicating with external bodies like regulators (e.g., SEBI, Reserve Bank of India) and filing necessary returns and forms.
  • Contract management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal and contractual agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
