The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary assists the Company Secretary and management in ensuring compliance with corporate laws, statutory requirements, and good governance practices. The role involves handling secretarial documentation, filings, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other corporate laws
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and filings
• Draft notices, agendas, minutes of Board and Committee meetings
• Assist in conducting Board, General, and Committee meetings
• Handle ROC filings and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities
• Maintain records of resolutions and statutory documents
• Assist in secretarial audits and due diligence work

Qualifications

• Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (cleared Executive level / pursuing Professional level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field (preferred)

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of company law and corporate compliance
• Strong drafting and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office
