About the role:

A Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Company

Secretary to assist secretarial departments with their upcoming IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and filing IPO documents (DRHP, RHP, Prospectus).

2. Coordinate with stakeholders (lawyers, auditors, regulatory bodies).

3. Prepare and maintain statutory records (minutes, resolutions, registers).

4. Assist in conducting due diligence and ensuring SEBI and other regulatory

compliances.

5. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

6. Provide administrative support to team members.

7. Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, and legal advisors.

8. Strong knowledge of company law, securities laws, assist in handling FEMA

compliance, other end to end Secretarial Compliance works, SEBI Rules,

knowledge of LODR and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. CS with valid CS membership.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in company secretarial practice (Experience of

handling listed company compliances will be preferred).

3. Salary Package: As per Industry Norms. The salary for this position will be

commensurate with experience and qualifications.

4. Joining: Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
