Company Secretary and Compliance officer
Location: Kalbadevi
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliances
- Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
- Prepare and file necessary forms, returns, disclosures, and submissions with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.
2. Board, Committee & Shareholder Meetings
- Plan, convene, and document Board Meetings, Committee Meetings (Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, CSR, etc.), and AGM/EGM.
- Draft notices, agendas, notes to agenda, resolutions, and minutes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update all statutory registers, records, and minute books.
3. Liaison & Coordination
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA), NSDL/CDSL, statutory auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle queries, communications, and compliance-related correspondence efficiently.
4. Governance & Documentation
- Ensure the company adheres to good corporate governance practices.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation, compliance trackers, and internal controls to support audit and regulatory review.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in listed company compliances is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, LODR, and applicable corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with e-filing platforms (MCA, NSE/BSE portals, SEBI systems).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
