Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India – ICSI) essential.
  • 5–10 years relevant experience in company secretarial, legal & regulatory compliance in a finance / NBFC / banking / large corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, corporate law, financial services regulation, secretarial standards.
  • Excellent legal drafting, contract review and negotiation skills; strong analytical ability.
  • Good stakeholder management: board level, senior management, regulators, external advisors.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, corporate-compliance frameworks, risk & internal control processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal); proficiency in MS Office and secretarial/ compliance systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Compliance: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Legal & Regulatory Affairs: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Company Secretary (Preferred)
