Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Prepare and file necessary documents, returns, and forms with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.
Draft, review, and maintain company records including Board and Committee meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Provide legal and strategic advice to management and the Board of Directors on corporate matters.
Handle secretarial audit, corporate governance practices, and ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory bodies (if applicable).
Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and government officials for statutory and legal matters.
Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to business operations.
Manage mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities.
Ensure smooth conduct of Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Board Meetings.
ROC Filing, GST Filing.
Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting the company and ensure timely implementation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
