Job Summary:

The Company Van Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation of company employees using the company van, while also supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. The position ensures the safe transport of employees, proper maintenance of the company vehicle, and assistance in administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

• Safely operate the company van in accordance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Pick up and transport employees from designated locations to the workplace each morning.
• Transport employees back to their designated drop-off locations after working hours.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to approved transportation schedules.
• Maintain passenger safety and comfort during transportation.
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimize delays and optimize travel time.
• Assist with occasional transportation of company visitors, documents, and materials when required.

Vehicle Management

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use.
• Ensure the company van is clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times.
• Monitor fuel levels and coordinate refueling as necessary.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration renewals, insurance renewals, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and maintenance records.

Administrative Support:

• Deliver and collect documents from customers, suppliers, banks, courier services, and government entities when assigned.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
• Coordinate courier services and document deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid UAE light Blue Manual driving license with experience in transporting staffs
• Must have clean driving history
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes within Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates.
