Serve as the APAC compensation specialist for the organization, advising HR, managers and employees on all compensation matters, and ensuring pay programs are competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives. The role owns key processes such as annual salary planning in Workday, job architecture maintenance, salary structure reviews, and global rewards programs, while providing strong analytics and project support across multiple countries.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary compensation contact for HR and business leaders, handling job evaluations (including WTW GGS), salary recommendations and policy interpretation across APAC.
Lead annual compensation planning in Workday: configure and test the module, support manager training, manage data and workflows, and coordinate payouts with local payroll teams.
Maintain and calibrate the company’s job architecture and salary structures, including geo-differentials and premiums for critical roles, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Participate in and manage salary surveys, analyze market data, and provide clear, data-driven insights and dashboards to HR and leadership on pay levels and trends.
Coordinate the global Rewards & Recognition program and partner with HR/Sourcing on benefits-in-kind such as company car schemes.
Work with HRIS on compensation-related configuration and data integrity in Workday and supply timely compensation reports or analyses on request.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or a related business discipline, with 7-8 years’ progressive experience in compensation or HR in the APAC region.
Strong skills in compensation analytics, survey tools and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., WTW GGS), with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strict confidentiality.
Preferred: Workday experience, project management exposure, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to plan and drive projects independently across multiple geographies.
