COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The role is responsible for designing, managing, and administering compensation and benefits programs in full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, SIO, and MOL regulations
  • Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
  • Manage employee benefits including insurance, leave, gratuity, and allowances
  • Conduct market salary surveys and internal pay equity analysis
  • Support annual salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs
  • Prepare compensation reports, cost analysis, and management dashboards
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, and external vendors for benefits administration
  • Advise management on compensation policies and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager or similar role in Bahrain
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR compliance processes
  • Hands-on experience with SIO registrations, payroll, and employee benefits
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
  • C&B, HR, or payroll certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in multi-industry or large workforce environments
