General Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational company or similar industry
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and reporting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with compensation survey providers (preferred)
  • High sensitivity to confidentiality and data security


Job Description


  • Design and update the company’s compensation and benefits structure based on business needs and maintain competitiveness through sectoral benchmarking
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes such as job evaluation, base salary analysis, and salary adjustments across all functions
  • Oversee and monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies; follow legal changes and update HR processes accordingly
  • Prepare salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal rotations; submit recommendations for senior management approval
  • Manage workforce budgeting and reporting; analyze monthly plans and actuals, and present insights to management
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys; coordinate focus group sessions, develop action plans with management, and track progress
  • Collaborate with external compensation survey providers to analyze market data and trends
