General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration

Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational company or similar industry

Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and reporting skills
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
-
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Experience working with compensation survey providers (preferred)

High sensitivity to confidentiality and data security
Job Description

Design and update the company’s compensation and benefits structure based on business needs and maintain competitiveness through sectoral benchmarking

Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes such as job evaluation, base salary analysis, and salary adjustments across all functions

Oversee and monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
-
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies; follow legal changes and update HR processes accordingly

Prepare salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal rotations; submit recommendations for senior management approval

Manage workforce budgeting and reporting; analyze monthly plans and actuals, and present insights to management
-
Conduct employee engagement surveys; coordinate focus group sessions, develop action plans with management, and track progress

Collaborate with external compensation survey providers to analyze market data and trends
