Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support headcount planning, labor cost control, and implementation of rewards programs across Oman Cables Industry. The role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, compliance with approved manpower plans, and effective administration of incentive and compensation programs.

  • To ensure and supervise management plan for HC & LC
  • Labor cost reconciliation
  • Ensuring implementation of employee grading system
  • Administering compensation & benefits Plans

Key Deliverables:

  • Support annual headcount planning and monitor monthly headcount movements.
  • Ensure all hiring and workforce changes comply with the approved Manpower Plan.
  • Maintain accurate headcount and workforce data in Workday / ERP systems.
  • Prepare monthly labor cost reports and variance analysis.
  • Support payroll flowback and labor cost reporting to Group HQ.
  • Administer incentive plans, including data uploads and employee acknowledgements in system.
  • Assist with incentive calculations and closing communications.
  • Ensure correct compensation grading for new hires.
  • Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of compensation & benefits policies.
  • Support and implementation of equity plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • compensation & benefits certification will be preferred

Experience
:

5 years with about 2 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Controlling.
