YOUR ROLE

Join CEVA Logistics Turkey as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Istanbul and play a key role in designing, managing and continuously improving our local reward programmes. You will ensure that our compensation and benefits structures are competitive, compliant with Turkish labour law and aligned with CEVA Logistics’ global HR strategy, directly contributing to employee satisfaction and business performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Develop, implement and regularly update compensation and benefits policies and procedures in line with CEVA’s global framework and Turkish labour legislation.
Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness of salary structures, incentive plans, allowances and benefits.
Partner with HR business partners, line managers and senior leadership to analyse compensation data, provide insights and design reward strategies that support evolving business needs.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programmes (e.g. health insurance, retirement schemes, voluntary benefits), ensuring effective delivery and clear employee communication.
Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance, promoting transparent and equitable reward practices across the organisation.
Maintain and manage the Job Evaluation process using global methodologies (e.g. WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry) to support internal equity and structural consistency.
Support special projects such as annual salary review cycles, bonus schemes and incentive programmes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organisational goals.
Maintain accurate, confidential compensation and benefits records and produce regular reports to support strategic decision-making.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, coordinate benefit plan optimisation and administer compensation surveys to keep offerings competitive.
Continuously identify and drive improvements to the overall employee reward experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in logistics or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodologies and practices.
In-depth understanding of Turkish labour laws related to compensation and benefits.
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and analytical tools to enable data-driven decisions.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Turkish and strong professional English skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, with a strong ethical mindset.
