
Compensation and benefits Supervisor

Develop, maintain, and update salary grades and ranges to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity.

Participate in salary surveys and analyze external market data to recommend adjustments to the compensation strategy.

Prepare and monitor annual compensation budgets, providing accurate forecasting for workforce planning.

Oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, including deductions, bonuses, and commissions.

Leverage the SAP system to manage employee data, benefits administration, and payroll workflows.

Ensure all compensation and payroll activities strictly adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

Maintain rigorous documentation for internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.

Clearly communicate compensation philosophies and benefit programs to employees and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or total rewards.

Advanced knowledge of SAP.

Expertise in
Excel
(data modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).

Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable HR metrics.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to navigate a fast-paced environment.
