Merzigo is seeking a
Compensation & Benefits Executive
to join its People Experience & Rewards team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of payroll, benefits, HR operations, and compensation planning processes — contributing directly to Merzigo’s total rewards strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
-
At least 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations,
-
Deep understanding of Turkish labor law, payroll regulations, and related legal processes,
-
Solid experience in puantaj takibi and end-to-end payroll processes,
-
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred,
-
Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in HR reporting,
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in communication,
-
Team coordination or mentoring experience is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and regularly update employee data, attendance, and leave records in SAP SuccessFactors,
-
Track all payroll-related inputs and ensure the accuracy of earnings, deductions, and other payroll items,
-
Ensure timely and compliant payroll preparation aligned with SGK, İŞKUR, and tax regulations,
-
Oversee processes related to private health insurance and individual pension plans,
-
Prepare required HR documents (e.g. visa letters, employment letters, exit documentation),
-
Prepare compensation and benefits budgeting, and manage bonus cycles and salary review processes,
-
Perform cost simulations and ensure payroll-cost alignment with the Finance team,
-
Stay up to date on trends in compensation, benefits, and total rewards,
-
Manage end-to-end work permit application and follow-up processes for foreign employees.
