We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically strong and business-minded Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join Brisa’s HR team. This role is central to managing compensation structures, personnel cost budgeting, payroll coordination and supporting Brisa’s annual C&B cycles (salary review, bonus processes, grading, headcount budgeting).
The ideal candidate is structured, calm under pressure, highly analytical, and able to balance operational precision with strategic thinking.
How You Will Contribute:
Compensation & Grading
• Manage and update salary bands, job grades and PIR alignment processes
• Conduct salary and grade correction analyses based on equity, market benchmarks and role criticality
• Support the annual salary review cycle through simulations, scenario planning and budget impact analysis
• Prepare C&B dashboards and reports for senior leadership
Benefits & Incentives
• Coordinate bonus eligibility, prorate calculations and payout controls
• Support the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
Payroll Coordination (with Labour Relations Man.)
• Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely reflection of salary changes, grade adjustments, allowances, premiums and bonus calculations
• Provide monthly control files, validation checks and reconciliation data to support payroll accuracy
• Coordinate all payroll-related budgeting topics (salary movements, promotions, allowances, premiums, bonus provisions)
• Act as the bridge between HR (C&B) and Labour Relations (Payroll) in personnel cost matters
• Ensure all HR compensation decisions are correctly implemented in payroll systems
White-Collar Personnel Cost Budgeting
• Lead the preparation of the white-collar personnel cost budget, including FTE planning, salary progression, bonus accruals and structural changes
• Track monthly actual vs. budget, analyse variances and identify root causes
• Collaborate with Finance during closing cycles and support personnel cost forecasting
• Maintain personnel cost models and reporting tools with high analytical rigor
Function Budget Coordination
• Coordinate the preparation of the overall function budget (training, HR technologies, benefits, recruitment, consultancy, hse, corp com etc.)
• Track monthly spending, monitor variances and ensure compliance with approved budgets
• Provide regular financial reports to leadership and support annual planning & mid-year revisions
Data & Analytics
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management
• Maintain strong data governance (accuracy, confidentiality, version control)
• Use advanced Excel to run simulations, models and scenario analyses
Before You Come on Board…
We believe you will fit well if you have;
• 2–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Payroll coordination or Personnel Cost management
• Strong understanding of salary structures, grading systems, bonus schemes and payroll logic
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested formulas, what-if analysis)
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong numerical discipline
• Ability to work calmly and systematically under deadlines
Nice to have;
• Experience in industrial companies (automotive, manufacturing, technology)
• Familiarity with collective labour agreements (TİS)
• Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems
• Exposure to headcount budgeting, personnel cost variance analysis or financial planning
