1. Managing Compensation

Recommends enhancements to compensation and benefits policies.

Designs and updates salary structures aligned with job evaluations and market data.

Manages annual compensation cycles (merit, salary reviews, bonus programs).

Oversees short‑term and long‑term incentive programs.
2. Job Design & Workforce Planning
-
Performs job analysis and job evaluations to determine proper salary grades.

Creating and maintenance of job descriptions.
-
Lead strategic and operational workforce planning by analyzing workload forecasts and staffing needs.
3. Compensation for Benchmarking
-
Conducts regular market benchmarking to compare the organization’s compensation against peer companies.

Analyzes market trends and legislation affecting compensation practices.

Supports annual IKTRS studies to ensure Sipchem’s pay competitiveness.
4. Analytics & Reporting
-
Develops and delivers regular compensation reports.
-
Provides data‑driven insights to support leadership decision‑making.
5. Projects & Compliance
-
Ensures compensation practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.

Conducts audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
-
Participates in compensation-related projects and organizational initiatives.
6. Minimum Qualifications & Experience

10 + Years of experience.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.

HR Certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HAY preferred)

Fluency in English language.
