Compensation Consultant

Job Specific Accountabilities


1. Managing Compensation

  • Recommends enhancements to compensation and benefits policies.
  • Designs and updates salary structures aligned with job evaluations and market data.
  • Manages annual compensation cycles (merit, salary reviews, bonus programs).
  • Oversees short‑term and long‑term incentive programs.

2. Job Design & Workforce Planning

  • Performs job analysis and job evaluations to determine proper salary grades.
  • Creating and maintenance of job descriptions.
  • Lead strategic and operational workforce planning by analyzing workload forecasts and staffing needs.

3. Compensation for Benchmarking

  • Conducts regular market benchmarking to compare the organization’s compensation against peer companies.
  • Analyzes market trends and legislation affecting compensation practices.
  • Supports annual IKTRS studies to ensure Sipchem’s pay competitiveness.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Develops and delivers regular compensation reports.
  • Provides data‑driven insights to support leadership decision‑making.

5. Projects & Compliance

  • Ensures compensation practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Conducts audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Participates in compensation-related projects and organizational initiatives.


6. Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 + Years of experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • HR Certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HAY preferred)
  • Fluency in English language.
