Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our pay practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with company strategy. If you’re energized by analyzing data, building scalable programs, and advising leadership on compensation strategy, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Do
Lead with expertise – Guide compensation projects across the company, including job architecture, pay philosophy, and compliance assurance
Drive compensation strategy – Research, analyze, and benchmark pay practices to ensure competitiveness and equity across roles and markets
Design programs that scale – Oversee annual merit and bonus cycles, creating workflows, automation, and best practices in partnership with HRIS and leadership
Model with insight – Build financial models to assess the impact of compensation structures and align pay decisions with company performance goals
Communicate with clarity – Prepare reports, presentations, and strategies to influence leaders and support our overall compensation philosophy
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field

7+ years of experience in compensation analysis and program design, including sales compensation

Strong experience with Human Capital Management systems (Workday a plus)

Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Background in financial services or insurance preferred

CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification a plus

A proactive self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across the organization

Salary range is $125K to 160K per year.
