Competitor Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive online research to track competitor pricing, cabinet specifications, promotional offers, and marketing strategies across various platforms, including websites, e-commerce sites, and industry databases.

• Conduct competitor shops (both online and in-person where applicable) to obtain real-time pricing information, product details, and customer-facing offers from rival companies.

• Compile and analyze collected data to identify pricing gaps, competitive advantages, and potential areas for improvement in our product lineup and pricing models.

• Maintain accurate records of research findings in spreadsheets or databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date, error-free, and easily accessible for team review.

• Generate regular reports and summaries on competitor trends, highlighting key insights and recommendations to inform pricing decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and product development) to share findings and support competitive positioning strategies.

• Stay informed on industry news, market shifts, and emerging competitors to proactively adjust research focus.
