What You Will Be Doing
As a Completion Manager, you will manage the shift operations to include the Associate Managers, Supervisors, and the crews of represented mechanics led by the Supervisors charged with the completion of aircraft build, systems testing, and operational check flights. Ensures company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals. Provides direction to primarily salary exempt subordinates. Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Work is reviewed for overall quality and efficiency. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees. First Shift

Basic Qualifications:
MS Office working knowledge
Liaison experience between multiple customers.
Government Audit experience to include AS-9100 and ISO 9001
Knowledge of COMSEC and Security Management.
Knowledge of Aero Space Ground Equipment maintenance and management.
Knowledge of CMMS and ALIS.
Clearance Level: None

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
